I am writing to share my appreciation for the excellent service I received from Chris.
As a wheelchair user, I recently needed a tire changed and was turned away by several mobility aid stores. Each one suggested I try a bike shop instead. Chris was my last resort, and he was incredibly helpful from the moment I called. He encouraged me to come by and successfully completed the repair.
We have officially found our go-to place for all our bike needs. A big thanks to Chris for his help!

Bizmark and Millie made my experience a positive one. They both made me feel like I mattered. I purchased a bike that had to be brought to the store and I was able to get the bike I wanted. It was nice having a neighborhood to properly test out the bike how I typically ride. I also appreciated being assisted with the accessories needed that also were brought in for me.
This is my neighborhood bike shop and I also use your tube replacement program. I only wish TREK had a bigger presence in local rides and cycling events.
The staff was very nice. Explained any questions we had. Helped us to the car and even put the bike rack on! So kind. I would highly recommend them.

Very efficient and helpful
I bought a used (not much at all) bike and went to Trek because it had a back tire that would not stay inflated. We took it in and the guys there were so kind and personable. I am two weeks post-op back surgery...they took it out of the car, explained it's problems and we went to pick up groceries. It was finished quickly and I was notified. We picked it up refreshed, wiped down, workng well, tires fixed and they put it back in the car for us. I was tickled to get such polite, customer service...and quickly.
Will definitely go back when I need anything done...oh...and the price was great as well. And I need a basket as well. Appreciated everything about that stop.
