Entered the stor with a flat tire on my bike. They asked if I could leave it and I mentioned I was on a ride and many miles from home. They stopped what they were doing and changed the inner tube in 20 minutes and I was on my way. Great service and friendly staff. Does not get any better than that in my book.

They are quick and efficient!! Ive come to them with flat tires in each of the last two years, done while I waited, and it wasn't a very long wait time for either occasion..

Erik was an incredibly patient resource as he helped us to find the best electric bike for our family. He answered questions on the phone beforehand and then walked us through options in the store.
