The guy who helped us pick out my daughter’s birthday bike was so helpful and kind. He even had a bell transferred from another store. They assembled the bike in record time for same day pickup. Total perfection.
I know that the Trek equipment is top quality. Communication with me on my order was excellent. I particularly appreciated the personal service at the Estero store. I felt like I got good information on how to operate and care for my new Ebike and have a great deal of confidence that they will be responsive to anything I need in the future. And, they didn't treat me like the unknowledgeable cyclist I am at this point!

He did an excellent job of going a few steps beyond the ordinary to try to find parts for my bike and got me together for an older bike that other people didn’t want touch. The products and after the sale service is good. I like the fact that there are multiple stores to choose from and if you can't find something in stock in one store you can usually find it in another store.

Everytime I go to the store I have had a fantastic experience. I brought my bike (now 15 yrs old) to the store twice for service and setting up for my trainer and the tech was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I was not oversold things I didn’t need or want and my bike is like new. I would recommend this store to anyone with questions about buying a bike. Coming in for service no matter what brand or where it was purchased or just to look around and find new parts or tech. Top notch. I am so happy the store is there and will always go there first.

Cris is outstanding bike technician who helped me with my bike's flat tire and also aligned the front derailleur which was slightly off.
