Was having a problem with one of the tires on my bike. About 4 years ago I had a flat and was convinced that I could buy a lifetime tire warranty for a very small amount of money. I did so and didn’t think any the ing more about it. Had another problem with a tire and brought the bike in. Mentioned that I thought I had a tire contract and they looked up my name and found that I did. Treks replaced the tire at no charge to me at all

I have used their repair shop many times and have a bought more than a few new bikes at this location. The service has always been great. Most of all they spent time to set the bikes up for my personal size and needs.
The guys there are veryhelpful, polite and efficient. They also offer fast service. I took my bike in for a flat repair and they had it done in 20 minutes. Thank you! I'm so glad I have a Trek store nearby. Keep up the good work. 👏

They were very helpful in getting me a new brake system that was reasonable. They also helped me with my tires and giving me information about riding groups. I would not hesitate to go back there.

I have been utilizing in the trek store both in your old and new store. I find the service to be excellent. I am a little disappointed that there is not always a tech on sit, but hopefully that issue can be resolved.
I will be back at the store sometime on Monday so the tech can replace my rear wheel hub and hopefully pick up the bike on Tuesday
