I drove 25 miles past 3 or 4 bike repair shops to get to this shop based on a friends recommendation that, "the most competent bike mechanic in Florida works there." My friend was right! Icing on the cake was the friendly atmosphere and Ralphs patient explanation of what work was needed and how to avoid that problem in the future.

We purchased a Trek bike for my wife at the SW Fort Myers a few years ago. Great quality bike that has served her well. She ran into some health issues, causing her a lot of neck pain. She brought the bike in, and Jeremy took great care of her. He replaced the stem with an adjustable model, raising the handlebar to make her position more comfortable. Fantastic, attentive service. I highly recommend this store!

Friendly service and a non-crowded environment. However, I felt the cost of repairing a spoke on a wheel was overpriced at $37.44. A simple repair like that shouldn’t cost more than $10 to $15.
