Tony demonstrated that he was very knowledgeable about my tire needs. He mentioned the rear flat tire price and said the tire was falling apart. Since the front was the same age, I bought a front tire also. I appreciated that he worked on them quickly which allowed me to wait for job completion. I also appreciated him taking the bike out of the car and showing me how to get it back in so I could close the tailgate. A good experience overall!
