Friendly and technically competent staff, they able to fit my wife and I to the proper size frame with explanations for their recommendations. They also went above and beyond fitting the bike carrier to our car, having to do some filing and grinding to make it work.

Open on Sundays and around typical 9-5 working hours. Brought my bike in 11 am Sunday when they opened, they repaired the tire and other issues I needed to get done within a few hours. Grabbed bike again sameday. Friendly Staff - reasonable prices.
The bikes are very expensive, but I love how light my bike is, I love mine so far I’ve put at least 10 miles on it

Attentive and helpful staff, not the store’s fault, I thought order of two tires wait was lengthy, nearly 6 days to get the at Sunrise store.
I needed a tube replacement. Store personnel changed the tube and put the wheel back on the bike. No issues. Everyone was polite and efficient.

I had purchased a new bike for my daughter and hired a man from Angie’s List to assemble it. I noticed he hadn’t done a good job. The steering of the handle bars did not move with the front tire. The bike wouldn’t reverse manually. I took it to Trek shop and the gentleman there was very helpful. I didn’t get his name, but appeared to be Latino. He helped fix the bike, the steering, seat adjustment, and seat height, he filled the tire with the correct amount of air. I took advantage of buying a few things for the bike while I was there. After finishing with my purchase. He helped me load the bike into my truck. The service was excellent. I would recommend it.

I haven't ridden a bike in several years and was initially overwhelmed at all of the options available. My main goal was to be able to ride comfortably with my kids. I'm so glad I actually went to the store to test out options. Pablo and Mitch were so friendly and helpful in helping me choose the right bike and the right frame height. Mitch came out in the parking lot and watched me ride to help determine my size and adjust the handlebars to be able to find the right posture.
On the day that I picked up my bike, Bismark was really helpful as well in adjusting the handlebars, putting on a kickstand, and answering my questions. Pablo helped load my bike into the car as well.
I was very impressed with the total experience and highly recommend this store and the staff!
