The friendly service is what attracted me to come back. No matter how many times I've come into the shop, they're always welcoming. Answering any questions without hesitation. I came into the shop yesterday with a flat tire. They explained what was wrong, why it happened and had me pedaling away within 20 minutes.

The Salesperson, who is also bike repair person was friendly, extremely knowledgeable, helpful and not pushy . He recommended bikes to fit my size and length, gave me tips and allowed test rides. Other bike shops did not bother asking me questions on what type of riding I intended or about my overall length of arms and legs. I hope to get much use out of purchase and recommend this shop above others.
I bought my Trek bike there last year and they were very helpful. Most recently I had to have my e-bike serviced. Again they were very friendly and helpful even though it was an off-brand.
