Gentleman had me checked in, showed me the parts I needed and had the install done in about 30 minutes. Thought I was going to have to leave the bike for several weeks. Nice surprise and will use them when I need a new bike or have an issue.

Love the store!! Trek Bicycle store Naples is outstanding with customer support. I have purchased 2 bikes from them and absolutely recommend anyone of the staff as they are fantastic, but on this purchase i worked with John to get the perfect bike for my wife and she adores it down to the little French Bulldog bell we added on and bottle holder. John was extremely knowledgeable and also didn’t try and oversell me but gave me advice and options that made the entire experience so amazing. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. Please please know that I am an extremely hard person to please and so anyone looking to get a Trek Bike needs to make this a must stop location.
