John is exceptionally knowledgable and helpful every time I come into the store. Although he was busier than usual, he took the time to explain several things about the maintenance of my bicycle and answered my specific questions as to a headlight for my bike. He is very friendly and although his riding and general knowledge well exceeds mine, he is always receptive to my questions and seems truly interested in helping me grow in the sport.
Great bike store I’ve purchased 4 beach cruisers and a Trek E-bike never an issue. I just picked up my e-bike from the annul service everyone was very helpful. Highly Recommended

My bike needed a long overdue tune up. I brought it in without an appointment and still took my bike in. They told me it would be a week before they can attend to it. They had it done sooner. THEY CLEANED MY BIKE!!! Thank you! I will definitely go there for any future work or purchases.
