Very knowledgeable owner/manager - worked with me to get what I needed. He explained in depth the advantages of the bike and accessories I was buying so I would truly understand what I was getting and all of its advantages vs other models.
Issue isn't with the bike or the location - but I think Trek is putting this owner/franchisee in a difficult situation when other stores who sell Trek bikes discount them and you don't allow your franchise/authorized stores match those prices on the same bike/year/model.
