Trek bicycle store in Estero is the place to get your bike serviced. Ryan & Laz our professional, honest and great service Technicians. I brought in my trek mountain bike to be serviced, which was very necessary. My bike was acting funny wasn’t shifting right and made a couple of sounds. , After a few minutes of looking at it they knew exactly what was wrong with It , they gave me a fair honest price and when completed it was like driving a brand new bike, highly recommend this place, and by the way they got great a selection of bicycles.

Your store has a great team everyone I’ve met has been friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciate that. My only issue is something that’s probably easy to fix going forward.
As an older rider who’s not up on all the latest bike tech, I recently bought a new bike from your shop. A few weeks later, I went to fill the tires and discovered it had a valve stem I’d never seen before—different from every other bike I’ve owned. I had no idea it required an adapter, and nothing was mentioned at the time of purchase.
When I asked a buddy about it, he said, “Trek probably has a bin of those—just stop by, they’ll give you one.” So I drove over, and sure enough, there was a candy bowl full of them on the counter. I mentioned I’d recently bought the bike there, and the employee pulled one out—and rang it up for $2.
It’s not the two dollars that bothered me. It’s the principle. I just spent hundreds on a new bike, and sent two friends your way the very next day, who also bought bikes. That’s three bike sales from one customer. Charging me $2 for something that costs a few cents—and more importantly, not mentioning I’d need it at the time of sale—left a bad impression.
I still like the shop and your people, but a small gesture like including that adapter or at least informing new buyers would go a long way, especially for customers like me who aren’t tech-savvy. Thanks for listening.
