I worked with Tom the story manager and Heath one of their service technicians. Both were very knowledgeable and eager to help me keep my bike in top shape. I'm a 6K+ miles/year biker on the road and on the MTB trails and I ride my bikes hard. I trust these guys to keep me going - as fast as possible!
You have everything we need for our bicycles. The repair is done while we wait and done quickly and efficiently.
The people at Trek bike shop has done a great job on bikes I have brought in. From a full bike tune to replacing broken spokes, they have done an excellent job whichs keeps me returning.

I have visited the store several times over the years and the employees are very helpful, responsive and informative. I brought several my bike in for service and if possible they fix it right there and then if it was a minor repair. I find their mechanic’s knowledgeable and their service department know what they are doing in the maintenance repaired of my road bike and mountain bike.
