Very patient with questions. The guy that does the tune ups loves what he does. Alex is great. When i bought my bike i bought the tune io package. I was told it didn't expire. In July when i brought my bike in i was told it was a limited policy. Alex said the he would honor the no expiration policy. I am grateful.

We ordered our bike online for an instore pick up. I called and spoke to Ian a few days after we placed the order. Ian called me a few days later and informed me that the bike had arrived, was assembled and ready for pick up. I was very pleased of the speed in which my bike arrived.

I boycotted the store for over a year dissatisfied with my experiences with the service manager and staff. These guys were helpful friendly responsive and timely. They tuned up my Trek Verve and I can feel the difference.
I’ll happily recommend the Punta Gorda store to anybody.

Bike tech was courteous and handled my service need quickly.
Love the bike...Domane SL6...a little getting used to but Jacob and everyone one there gave me a great tutorial and did my first ride. Smooth, comfortable, easy shifting and just a great bike for long distance. Everyone at Trek Vero Beach was spectacular and pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend them!

The two people in the store handled my request about buying a new bike pump very professionally. I mentioned that my existing pump was difficult to attach to the presto valve on my bike. The person then showed me how easy it was to use the new pump on a bike in the store. This gave me confidence that I would be pleased with the new pump (and I am! it works so much better than my old pump!)
Scott was great... tried to help with current bike situation (obsolete bike etc ) and helped me into a new bike.
Very happy I decided to go to this store - highly recommend

Convenience
I have the flat tire warranty and when I went in the other day the guys were helpful getting by bike back on the road. I also learned about the ride club and one of the associates helped us set it up. Always friendly helpful employees in the store.

Friendly, fast and thorough service, plus reasonably priced.
Schedule was flexible and easy, drop-off only took a couple of minutes, pick-up was just as effortless and seamless and as is always the case, great job on the actual (annual routine) maintenance for my bike.
