What I like the must is there employees, the person that attended me was very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. It fix my bike while I wait, it has fast, while he was fixing my bike he game me digestions about how the importance to maintain my tire pressure is.
They fixed my daughter’s flat in 15 minutes and even showed the kids a few things about how to fix bikes!
Well first of all I want to thank Jeff and John for all the hard work they put into my bike trying to get it right ... these two guys deserve the world ... they are the best .... Dani drive Trek is my go to store because of them ... also I want to thank Trek company for warranty of my bike after trying to resolve the problems with it and not having any luck after 4 months ... I purchased four Townie E-Bikes from Trek Naples. I dealt with Jim and Mike the Manager, and they were very helpful. I am enjoying the bikes and the exercise that I'm getting while having fun!
