My new Trek bike is great - and the service by Heath has been phenomenal. 1st time there was for the 1 month check - he fixed a few minor things with a quick turnaround and a friendly explanation. Then there was a repair per their flat tire program - the tube was replaced within an hour despite the volume of work at the shop. All this with a complete explanation and a friendly demeanor. Hats off to Heath and the store in Iona.
