Always a pleasure to work with these professionals. Brought my bike in with a flat rear tire. They broke away from what they were doing, put my bike on the rack, diagnosed the cause, repaired and had me out the door in less than five minutes. Always friendly and helpful.

This past Sunday, I was dropping off my bike for its annual service. As I pulled up, Kirsten came out to the car to assist with my bike, greeting me with a warm welcome and a smile.
From there, it continued to be an easy and pleasant interaction, with good advice on a new accessory.

All the gentlemen are nice and friendly. They assisted me as I walked in the door. The repair on my bike was fixed earlier than anticipated. The price for 2 new tires and tubes were very reasonable. I highly recommend this shop.

Your products are known to be more expensive than others however also know to be of superior quality. I went to the store in Estero because I found the staff to be competent and professional. The young lady, Elvia Franco that helped choose the correct size and model bike was able to do so because of her attentiveness and competence. She also helped me to choose accessories. The young lady is an invaluable asset to Trek.

John & Jeff, & just everyone I dealt with were so helpful. Their recommendations were spot on & they offered different suggestions that were excellent. They took great interest & gave so much attention to details & authenticity in restoring my vintage 1972 French Gitane 10 speed back to its original condition. I got chills when I saw it, it looked so great & means so much to me for many reasons! I couldn't recommend them more. They are the best at what they do & great people as well! This is the 3rd tire/tube replacement I’ve had completed and they are professional in their interaction. They were quick with the repair and he explained why my tire failed. It was a very pleasant experience and we are thinking about buying e-bikes from them.

Brought a bike in to have an addition made, asked them about a tuneup due to it not running so smooth, they went above and beyond in a timely manner to address everything, very pleased!
Very friendly and attentive. Had a flat tire and brougt in rear wheel. Thought price was very high at $36 plus! Later told a tube is about $5 and it took all of 5 minutes to do job. Maybe not even that. FYI
