I purchased a Trek Madone 9 from the Coconut Point store in February and have had great service and support. Most recently, I was traveling for 2 weeks of riding and needed different gearing, Ryan at Coconut Point and Mike at Naples worked to find me the right cassette and install it in one day. Then I managed to damage my front brake caliper the day before flying. The Naples store found me a caliper, installed it and serviced my brakes all in one day. I just finished 6 days of riding in KY and Lake Tahoe that would not have been possible without both Ryan and Mike taking care of me. Thanks!!

Their selection of bikes is excellent and their service is even better. My most recent visit had me there to fix a flat tire and buy a bike rack for my car hitch. The guys did a great job as always with the repairs and John built my bike rack and had it on my car within 30 minutes! Thanks guys!
