Extra effort was required to get this bike in good riding condition. Many thanks to John who worked on the bike for several hours doing a Level 3 maintenance service.
I needed my tire fixed. The Trex employee fixed it right then and there and explained to me why my tire was not holding air and how to prevent it in the future! 10 rating absolutely!!

Staff is always super pleasant and helpful. I was able to get spokes cut and ride the same day. I was able to pick up some sealant 10 minutes before closing time and ride that evening as well.

Staff was very knowledgable, they took a quick look at all parts of the bike as we were writing up the service order. Found a broken spoke I was not aware of.
They had records of my previous service from 2022.
Turnaround was fantastic, 3 days over a holiday weekend, they had parts instock.

Very helpful and friendly staff who took time to listen to my biking needs. Great advice was offered.
We bought 2 cup holders and the sales guy installed them. Very nice person and very helpful. The only problem is on the way home it dumped my Yeti cup out of the cup holder and it lodged in some bushes. I had to go back home and get a rake to fish it out of the bushes. My cup, of course was damaged from being slammed to the sidewalk.
