I had been to five stores looking for indoor cycling shoes for people with wide feet. Ivan helped me out, and he was one of the best sales people I have encountered. He was on the computer researching which shoes had the widest width and suggested the new shoes that Trek was coming out with to replace another brand that they were discontinuing. He ordered the shoe and I picked it up the other day. He said if I had any problems, just let him know and they will try to fix it. If I could give your store a 15 out of 10 rating, I would.
