Only thing is no AC in the store. It was very hot in there waiting to pick up our bikes. I do not understand how they can work back there with that heat!

I went to Naples Trek with a flat tube and I couldn't find the sharp in the tire itself, despite trying twice carefully. "John" found it after a few minutes of patience, and tried valiantly to remove it. I bought a new tire and tube, and learned a little bit about methods to find the sharp.
I felt appreciated as a customer and advice was freely offered.

Had a flat with blowout the day before a scheduled Sanibel ride had to hustle to the Trek South Naples. I got there at 540 they replaced my tire and tube and had me out before 6. Friendly and great service. My Trek was perfect for the Sanibel ride. Thank you!
