I was looking for a special bike for my girlfriend as a surprise for her birthday. I had very little knowledge about bicycles going in to the shop. Ryan greeted me immediately and ended up spending at least a half an hour educating me and helping me choose the perfect bicycle for the most important person in my life. Ryan was extremely professional, patient and generous with his time and made sure I had all the information I needed to make the right choice.
Tony helped me immensely when I picked up the gift and made sure that the bicycle was in perfect condition and advised me of the need of lights to ensure the safety of my girlfriend on her rides.
I so much appreciate the care and dedication to their clients that I received from Ryan and Tony. My girlfriend and I will be lifelong clients and I will return soon to purchase my own bicycle.

Service was completed quickly and my bicycle was returned in better condition since it was purchased twenty-five years ago. I typically ride about 50 - 60 miles per week so it's not like it's just setting in the garage.
I was able to come on two different occasions on the same day and a flat tire on each of 2 bikes replace while stood there. The young lady who helped both times was more than excellent
She took time to explain to me how to remove the tire and allowed me to observe what she was doing. She was super.
