Great service, friendly staff. I've tried other bike shops in the area and was lucky to have found Trek. I've had semi-annual service performed on my bikes and they do a great job. Always fix my broken spokes and flats quickly so I can get back on the road.

Service was excellent. Staff was polite, informative and treated me as a valued. The only gripe I have is I was billed an extra $60 resulting from a charge for Level 3 service when I had requested Level 2 service
