The rear wheel hub on my Trek was jammed. A local mechanic recommended this store and it was absolutely the best. Not only were they able to fix the problem and at a fair price, but both mechanics clearly enjoy riding and fixing bicycles. We exchanged information about rides and repairs; it was enjoyable to do so while the repair was ongoing. A great store!

I was regretting having to ride my old bicycle-as it had been about 2 years since I stopped using it.
While I was there I saw him work with a lady who was intent on buying a bike. Joseph spent a lot of time finding out what she required and made workable suggestions.

The young man who helped me out was knowledgeable and very helpful and found the source of my problem,
I arrived with a flat and within 15 minutes, I was good to go and continue my ride. It made my day that I could keep going and not have to Leave and come back for it. They were so very thorough on checking things, and since I was so impressed with the store manager here on East Tamiani Trail in East Naples, he convinced me after explaining in detail the significant advantages to a service contract package that will save me a significant amount as compared to doing things ala Carte . Thanks again and I am confident that my bike will remain in to working condition. Thank you to both the lead technician and manager. HIGHLY recommend !!
