Marlin, my mechanic, is a highly experienced, knowledgeable and a super cool dude! Marlin worked on my10 year old Townie as if it were his own. It’s better than new and I had it back in less than 24 hours. I probably have 10,000 miles on my bike which I bought from this same location in 2015. Everyone in the shop is super helpful. I also have a Trek carbon fiber road bike which is great too and purchased at this same store. Thank you!
I've had a few flat tires on my bike. When I had the first one they explained their flat tire policy for lifetime flat tire fixes, and we purchased it. I've had two flats since, and true to their word, the tires were fixed without additional cost. Great service and at a great price!

The bike we wanted was no longer available in our home area, but was available near our winter home in Ft. Myers. The sates person located the exact bike in their system, verified availability and I was able to purchase it remotely. The store will hold it until we are back in the area this fall. Great service!
