My bike was serviced recently and received the kind of attention. I would hope that it would… There was a misunderstanding relative to the petals, making a racket and. I did feel that that issue had not been properly addressed… In a subsequent discussion with Jack, I now realize that I am the one who was in error and that the problem will be rectified with new components… However, I want to make it clear that the mistake was mine, and that the service was thorough…

Customer service is outstanding. The quality of the bikes is good, minus one issue. Given the cost of the bike, I was surprised there was an issue. It was past the year, so I had to pay a fee for a part. I would buy another bike again from this store.
