from Rafael; he ensured my new Madone SL7 Gen 8 was properly fitted to include, seat adjustment, plumbing my knee and adjusting my cleats.
I had complained about recent knee pain; I had only rode my Madone twice, Rafael ensure my fit was dialed in better to SL7 Gen 8 was to alleviate knee pain.
Joe did a good job when I came in to purchase a seat post.He is knowledgeable and gave me clear instructions on the installation.

I came in during a bike ride because I lost a bolt and needed a fix. With no questions asked they spent the time finding the right bolt I needed from their spare parts AND we even re-tapped the hole. I was so happy I made sure to purchase 55$ worth of gear.
