Fabian at Sunrise Trek did an amazing upgrade of my bike. He changed the tires, tubes, cartridge, chain, handlebars, shifter. I bought a new PR seat and he adjusted the seat angle so that it was comfortable. Thanks, Fabian!

Service was great. I had limited time to get the work done. The staff had my bike ready the following day at a reasonable price.
I think they were fair and quick to fix my bike the same day. I also gave them an older bike that they were going to donate to one of our charities here in Indian River County.
While the customer service was very good and helpful, I think the store layout needs to be improved to allow customers access to items that they need. For example, all I needed was a set of brake pads that any other store would allow easy access to. I strongly believe this would improve the overall customer experience.

Bicycles are fantastic and can be customized for senior riders. Our Electra Townie is the easiest bike to ride.

We have service contracts on two bikes, one of which is a 2008 Trek FX 7.6 with more than 25,00 miles that looks and rides like a brand new bike... largely due to the serve provided by the Estero Trek service team. They also have provided great service for the 2021 Giant Fastroad.
Service needs are communicated by the team but no pressure applied to get immediate fixes.
All staff is friendly and knowledgable.
