I stopped in the Vero Shop because the derailler on my Trek bike (which I purchased earlier in the year at the shop) was not properly working properly The tech noted that it was not properly alligned and possibly bent. He told me that it was probably difficult to get it realingned without breaking the device. Accordingly, he put a new derailleur part on my bike. There was no charge for this service. I have been extremely satisfied with all aspect of thw VERO Trek bike shop!!!!!
