Bikes and accessories are top quality. Jeff & John just repaired my FX4 that wasn't shifting properly, even though it had a cassette installed in July 2024. After troubleshooting they determined that the cassette was defective and replaced it with a better one. Now it rides and shifts like new...
I found the store in East Boca as they closed my neighborhood store in Coral Springs. Upon entering I was greeted and ask if I needed any assistance. The gentleman to my surprise was from my old store in Coral Springs. He took in both of my bikes and sold me some more items. He followed up with me in a day and told me my bikes were ready. I really like the customer service that I received as it will definitely warrant me coming back. I just wish they didn't close the store in Coral Springs.

The people/staff who work at Trek are why Trek is so fab: their expertise, friendliness, knowledge and helpfulness ALWAYS is top, but the product itself - the bike - is reason two. 13,000 miles in 3.5 years and my Trek tolerates my abuse with ease, thanks to the quality of the bike and the superior service the staff always gives :) Highly recommend listening to and following their suggestions!
