I went in for a flat tire. It was repaired in about 15 minutes, which I thought was excellent service. I signed up for the lifetime program as I thought it was a good value.

I bought a new bicycle last week, but unfortunately had to return it. The quality was high, but the balance was not good causing me to sway when riding in the bike lane in my neighborhood. I made a right turn into my driveway and fell on my left side. This bike was not for me. Others may find the Townie to be an excellent bike. I returned the bike in two days for a full refund. I returned to riding my old Giant bicycle. Their service was fine. There was no damage to the returned bicycle.

I had been contemplating getting a E bike for some time. Our sales person was very knowledgeable in the different kinds kinds and styles of the bikes. I left with exactly what I was looking for. This was the second time there. Best bike shop in town. Jim the technician added a part to the handle bar and raised it. I was waiting and in 15 minutes everything was done. It's now perfectly and I am very happy. He also helped me to load my bike into my car. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. I can't praise him enough. They have nice bikes in the shop too. If you need a new bike or need to have yours repaired, this is your place to go. Please support this local bike shop in Sunrise right there where IKEA is.

Great fast service at a fair price
I brought my bike in with concerns of creaking noise from bottom bracket and replacement of tubeless tire fluid..Inspected bike for me, made adjustments, replace fluid, washed bike and....didn't take advantage of my lack of knowledge. Jimbo was good person to meet and assured me that if my issue wasn't fully resolved, that it will be next visit. Whatever I thought I was gonna pay, not even close. Definitely go back for advice, upgrades and etc. My bike only few months old and first time, I bought a new mountain bike that fits me. Figured I'd have it maintained properly too and first visit was good sign.
