Service was great. I have free flat repair that I paid for. However after I dropped off the bike I was told that the size valve I needed was not in stock. I had to bring my own tube or wait unitl a new one would arrive. I was told that you would replace the one I gave to fix the flat

The bike is very high quality. The gears shift smoothly and the brakes are appropriately sensitive. A joy to ride and aesthetically pleasing.
I had the pleasure of working with John, and he was very knowledgeable. He took the time to help me understand my bike, showed me how to clip my bike shoes into the pedals, and even went out of his way to attach something I had bought separately. I would highly recommend checking out the shop and asking for John!

I have been using the Trek store in Fort Myers for about 6 years. Great service, friendly Proffessional staff. I just bought a Verve electric bike from them. The bike was at another shop, so they not only drove down to pick it up, but had it ready when I wanted to pick it up! As always great service and love the new bike.
