Regina provided great customer service to me when i came by to purchase a 2027 Domane SL5. She was very helpful in letting me test drive the bike an ensuring proper fitment as well as giving me pointers on how to take care of the bike long term. I would do business with this Trek location again.
The sales staff was very courteous, and listened to what I was looking for and quickly matched me to my bike. They were very helpful recommending accessories, and did a quick gear tune-up and accessories install and had me on my way!

I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for the fantastic service I recently received at your store. As a resident in the area, I stopped by because my bike’s tire pressure was low, and was pleasantly surprised by how welcoming and helpful the staff were. One of your team members kindly took my bike to the back, where a technician made sure both tires were properly inflated.
While waiting, I enjoyed browsing your selection of bike accessories and ended up purchasing a great bell for my bike. The staff answered all of my questions patiently and made the shopping experience enjoyable. I truly appreciate their dedication to providing outstanding customer service.
