Both of the guys who helped me pick a bike (I was in on different days) were great. Knowledgeable, good listeners as to what I was looking for, etc. And, the guy who helped me when I picked up the bike was great as well, double checking that the accessories were all installed, ensuring I understood everything, and helping me get it in my SUV.
