I had a flat tire. Came in, was immediately addressed and taken care of, staff was easy to talk too and made my stay pleasant. John Diaz was the man. Within 5 minutes, had a wholesome conversation and fixed my tire, even found the item that pierced it! Great staff, will definitely be back again.
I had a flat while riding a recent Saturday morning. I took it to the Trek Bicycle Store of Fort Myers on Dani Drive right away. They were busy, I wasn't in a hurry. I was greeted as I walked in the store with my bike. The tech told me it might be a few minutes, it wasn't long at all. He checked my eligibility for the Flat for Life program which I still was entitled to receive. He said they were slammed could I come back in alike an hour or two. No problem. I stayed in the shopping area, grabbed lunch, some ice cream, etc. Went back in two hours. Flat was fixed! No charge. And I told him I needed to grab a front reflector for my wife's trike. He showed me one, handed it to me and said, "No charge. Thanks for being patient."

Both John's were very helpful, but John H was exceptional, listening carefully and watching me ride to make the necessary corrections with my new saddle. FYI: I bought my 7.7 at this store over 10 years ago from Joe and am still a loyal customer.

Your online buying process leaves a lot to be desired, but the staff you have at your two Naples stores and your Fort Myers store are outstanding. Despite a lot of confusion from the way my order was placed (permanent address and credit card billing tied to New Hampshire, but bikes bought for our home here in Naples) created quite a snafu. Fortunately the crew I worked with arranged to transport and assemble the bikes and then have them delivered to my house.

Glad tp have the bike back in great shape, BUT you need to improve payment methods. I never could get you link to work. You refuse normal credit card transactions. You refuse checks. We landed you giving the driver who was very pleasant cash
