Quality products, as well as personable and competent sales staff. When recently struggling with a decision regarding a new saddle and its significant cost, I was reassurd by Jade (store manager) that Trek allows a trial period… if you’re not satisfied, you return the item and get your money refunded!
By the way… my new “Selle Royal” saddle was worth every penny! Following a recent century ride, it was a butt saver!

The guys did a great job of repairing my bike. They are friendly & professional. I would recommend them to anyone.
I like the professional aspect of the store itself. But what I appreciate most is the staff. They can save me money and time because they know what they are doing to solve my problem and get it done efficiently. I am a snowbird who spends six months a year in Fort Myers and I wait until I get here to have anything done to my ride.
