Although I am happy with the service, I was the repair on my bike would take 4 business days (brought in on Thursday, was told the service would be completed on Monday or Tuesday). The repairs on my bike were more than initially thought, and it added more than a week for my services. I understand the influx of customers due to Covid so I am satisfied with the service! Thank you.
Everyone was very knowledgeable and professional as I was guided through the buying process of my bike. Tom did an exceptional job in the fitting and the selection of which bike would fit my needs. I'm sure it will not be the last bike I purchase from Bike lane. Thank you

The shop is functioning pretty well during the COVID-19 crisis, but nonetheless the communications with customers when at the store or by phone could improve. First I waited in the parking lot for 40 minutes while my bikes were in the shop and then when I inquired someone said that I could wait longer or they could call me on Monday. Then no one called (it turns out that they emailed on Tuesday) so I called on Wednesday.
I realize this is a tough circumstance and you have a lot of customers but you might think about improving customer communications.

I would like to have a more interactions to provide better feedback. The person who helped me was cool, but I think going to the store right before closing probably didn’t provide the best experience. I didn’t road test the bike, and as a new bike owner, don’t feel like I got enough info to be informed about what I should think about as a new bike owner, but I think the ability to get this info is there with future interactions.
Bike lane technician was super fast and efficient at fixing my broken spoke! So thankful they were able to help fix this in this time of social distancing!
