Jake took my initial phone call and was able to assemble my son's new bike. The shop was incredibly busy yet everyone was professional and helpful. Bike was put together correctly while I waited. This was my first experience with The Bike Lane and was very impressed.

Wish your inventory levels on line were correct. Wanted to order locally, but ended up disappointed and ordered from e-retailer.
Like many of us right now (COVID), my son and I are biking a lot more often. My 11 year old bike needed a tune up (to say the least). I called and got clear instructions, dropped it off to a well-organized, socially distant set up - all the employees were wearing masks. And did I mentioned they were all super friendly? Thank you for helping get me back out there! Y'all ROCK!
