It's cool to have a local place for bike services--like the location, like the open feel of the place. Might even stop by for a beer.
Costumer service is great and very helpful. I am very happy with the experience I had. The products are amazing, I will definitely be back and recommend to whomever wants to buy.

This was my first visit at this store and le me tell you that I am very impressed with the corteous service I received . Very knowledgeable staff in particular the young man that helped me Alec.
He answered all my questions and made some excellent suggestions about my needs for various accessories and options .
They have officially earned my business but most important they have earned my trust as a customer.

Extremely friendly and easy to work with to get what I was looking for...no sales pressure. Matt put time and effort into really trying to get me where I wanted to be. And he was totally successful! I love the mountain bike he recommended...can’t wait to get out there with it!!!
Also they were very quick in getting my bike assembled and ready for me.
I did have to call back to see when it was ready for pickup although I provided my number...but I understand they are extremely busy right now. Also had to ask for the manual when I picked it up. Very minor points...overall an outstanding experience and I have already recommended The Bike Lane to several friends...downside is I’m only in the area temporarily, but I’ll be sure to put the word out at least while I’m here!
Thanks again...especially for being open during this coronavirus nightmare. It takes courage to ride a mountain bike but maybe more courage to simply open and staff your store right now. Keep it up please...people need you now🇺🇸

My family and friends have bought many bikes from Bike Lane over the years. I have purchased my last 4 Treks from them. I usually go in 2-3 times a year to perform basic and sometimes emergency repairs and tune ups on my bikes. They have always done a great job and are always knowledgable and helpful. Continue to recommend them for both services and buying a new bike.

Matt did a very nice job working with my wife in getting an electric bike. He took his time to explain things.
We also took in two bike for service and tires and tubes. This was accomplished in a few minutes.

I hadn’t ridden this Cannondale C2000 bike (I have 4 others) for a couple years because it wasn’t shifting. I thought I needed to buy a new LX combo shifter and brake assembly (was told that by another shop) but the team fixed me up in less than 30 mins with a quick lube and tune up for $25. All while social distancing. The only issue is I spied a carbon Trek ebike in the window for only $6700. I might end up trading!
I like everything about what you guys do ! It’s not just the how or what, it’s your why ? You guys are not there to sell it’s to consult and every time I visit your store you guys drop whatever you’re doing to help me. Yesterday, I had a real problem which I couldn’t fix and called up and was told “Come on by”. I was in and out in 20 minutes and will be back again ! Big fan here !

Despite the challenges imposed by pandemic, sales assistants were prompt, courteous, and helpful. Also encouraged us to return if there were any issues with our newly purchased bike.
Shop staff quickly and willingly took care of a drive-by brake job in late March 2020, shortly before the Coronavirus lockdown. Staff were polite, quick workers, and competent. We'll be returning.
