Wait outside was way too long.
Staff is awesome, even on a busy day they take the time to make sure every detail of you bike is ready for your next ride.
Overall the staff is awesome. They helped me pick my bike and answered all my questions. Very patient and knowledgeable.
I'd say overall, it can be tough to track down multiple orders that have been delivered to the shop.
Two minor things :
- Asked for a tire swap but didn't get my other tires back and I wasn't asked if I wanted them back (they were new original equipment, with very few miles but I was upgrading and wanted the old ones as backup.)
-Asked about shirts that were delivered. It was a busy weekend and it sort of got lost in the shuffle (to be fair to their staff was very busy and doing their best). Was told they had to find it in the back, but in the end I didn't get my shirts at the shop, I need to go back again.
Good job and fast service
I knew the item I wanted. When I got to store there was 2 person max in store and about 6 people waiting. I was able to call, provide my credit card and Bike Lane rep walke my order out to me. Great service but another person might have just bailed. You should promote this on Store front door to process more orders.

We brought my son's bike in for some repair after he flipped over the handle bars and took one too many jumps. We weren't sure what to expect or how much money we would spend but we were in and out for a very friendly price and the bike is as good as new. Thanks.

Staff is very friendly
We had a great experience with Reston bike lane! After seeing the ladies bike on the way out of the store they offered to order an electric one for me with a basket. After installing a bell it was perfect. Lessons on how to ride it and use everything we’re included which really helped. I’m going to love this bike
Your customer service was outstanding! You found the hard-to-get bike we wanted, and had it shipped to your store, assembled, adjusted and ready to go for us within three days. Your staff members are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. It’s great to have such a nice neighborhood store. We also very much appreciate that you give a Military discount. We could not ask for more.
the only thing was the website didn't accept gift cards from what I could see.
I love small businesses that care and also demonstrate they're serious about our health. They helped me try out bikes and even informed me of when the next model that will fit my son will come into stock. I loved working with them.

store is great, staff are great and knowledgeable, the one are of improvement might be having more new bikes in stock. There were very limited options in frame size we were looking.
