Very very poor communication and required multiple calls to get a status on a work order that was supposed to have already been completed. Even then no one bothered to give me an update via email or phone despite numerous requests.

The first and only thing I have ever purchased, even as a team member. was damaged. I bought sunglasses that were scratched. Didn't find out til I was on my way home. not expensive but...hey, a bummer
The service and professionalism were awesome. Everyone working in that store were friendly and made you feel special. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a quality ride with quality service.

I went to the Bike Lane looking for advice on whether to fix up an older road bike and/or get clips for my hybrid. Tom took a lot of time - he asked lots of questions and wanted to understand my objectives. I ended up buying a new road bike and I'm THRILLED! I feel like I got great advice. He said "get a bike you'll want to ride in 5 years" not something cheaper that I'll want to replace in a year or two. My only regret is that I didn't buy a new bike sooner! Everyone at Bike Lane is welcoming, knowledgeable and encouraging.
The staff at the Bike Lane in Reston are always very friendly and helpful. It is always a pleasure to visit the store.

The service department by far the most professional team in the dc area. Sales people are awesome . Even the owner Todd had no problem rolling up his sleeves and assisting customer 5 star group!!!
