You guys are always great with helping/ being honest + fixing stuff. Sincerely appreciate you . $30 for a spoke replacement is a little steep but otherwise you and your team always do a great job. Only place I'll go for repairs on my bike

Owen was super helpful. I walked in to ask for an opinion on my bike chain. Not only did he explain how to care for the chain but he also demonstrated how to do it. I purchased an affordable $11 tool to measure the chain wear.
Store associates were very helpful, and attentive when servicing my new bike. I originally ordered another bike that got delayed, and they worked with me to find another option.
