Quick and effective
The entire staff was fantastic. I’m a brand new rider and had a million questions. They took time to answer everyone of them and even demonstrated a few quick fixes.
Super friendly and very knowledgeable staff. People here you can tell are biking enthusiasts. Great array of bikes from entry level to top of the line.

You guys just repaired my Look bike. It looks better that when I got it 2 - 3 years ago.

Attended the bicycle maintenance class. Tom explained and demonstrated the bicycle safety checklist in detail. He also diagnosed two major problems in my bike. I was able to get his service to fix them. My experience with Bike Lane is outstanding.

Went into the shop one day, got some really helpful info on an ebike, the next day I went back I was soon walking (riding) out with my very first ebike. Everyone was really nice and helpful.

HAD A WEIRD SLOSHING SOUND IN MY REAR HUB...RICHARD DIAGNOSED THE ISSUE AND THE BEARINGS HAD TO BE REPLACED AND GREASED.AWESOME JOB AND I GOT MY BIKE BACK THE SAME DAY AFTER DROPPING IT OFF IN THE MORNING.I LOVE THE BIKE LANE!!

We had two bikes serviced. About $1,000.00. The work done was fine, although we will probably look for another store next time. Reason: your repair staff were incredibly rude, and showed a complete lack of customer service. Simply to pick up the two bikes took almost 20 minutes. When I arrived, there were three young guys in the service area who completely ignored me for 5 plus minutes, yucking it up with each other. Another customer came in behind me, and after waiting a while as well, rudely stepped to the side of me and asked for help finding an item and one of your young men then helped him ahead of me! When one of the other Staffers finally helped me, I was told to go to the other desk to pay, where I had the pleasure of waiting 5 to 10 minutes more watching others being served, including the customer who had jumped ahead of me. I know you are in a tough environment for employees these days, but it is a poor reflection on your business when a customer spending 1K is treated that way. Over the years we have spent literally tens of thousands of dollars on our four bikes, and plan to continue to do so.
The staff at bike lane is great. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating! Great experience.

My husband and I bought 2 bikes .I liked the 2 salespeople we worked with- Bill and Todd. I am glad Todd recommended the additional products: new helmets, bell, mirrors, and water bottle holders. I didn't feel it was an upsell situation so we are satisfied with the bikes and products.
