We had two bikes serviced. About $1,000.00. The work done was fine, although we will probably look for another store next time. Reason: your repair staff were incredibly rude, and showed a complete lack of customer service. Simply to pick up the two bikes took almost 20 minutes. When I arrived, there were three young guys in the service area who completely ignored me for 5 plus minutes, yucking it up with each other. Another customer came in behind me, and after waiting a while as well, rudely stepped to the side of me and asked for help finding an item and one of your young men then helped him ahead of me! When one of the other Staffers finally helped me, I was told to go to the other desk to pay, where I had the pleasure of waiting 5 to 10 minutes more watching others being served, including the customer who had jumped ahead of me. I know you are in a tough environment for employees these days, but it is a poor reflection on your business when a customer spending 1K is treated that way. Over the years we have spent literally tens of thousands of dollars on our four bikes, and plan to continue to do so.
The staff at bike lane is great. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating! Great experience.

My husband and I bought 2 bikes .I liked the 2 salespeople we worked with- Bill and Todd. I am glad Todd recommended the additional products: new helmets, bell, mirrors, and water bottle holders. I didn't feel it was an upsell situation so we are satisfied with the bikes and products.
Smart guys and gals to help
It was great to see that the Bike Lane continues its tradition of great service and friendly atmosphere. I retired in 2016 and moved to MO, but try to touch base when I am in the area. I brought my bike (which I purchased from them in 2010) in for some emergency service on a busy Saturday afternoon and they were able help me out by the end of the day. While not expected, it was much appreciated!

Staff were very friendly & helpful. Still waiting for parts to come in; the work on my bike hasn’t been completed yet so I can’t say anything about that at the moment, though I have every expectation that will go smoothly as well.

Their service center is bar none. Great amount of wisdom and expertise.
Excellent customer service, good pricing, decent bistro. They take care of my whole family's bikes. When a tuneup is minimal, they offer a discount from their normal rates. My bike needed a lot of love - it was returned in great condition.

A little expensive but what isn’t now days!
Front disk brake was rubbing heavily after I got service including full tune up. Walked right back in and it was corrected immediately but makes me not have extreme confidence in the quality of work. Hopefully it was just an oversight.
Tom was great to work with and knew exactly what the bike needed
