I bought a Niner bike there a few years ago and after riding several thousand miles on it, the frame failed. They worked with Niner to get the frame warranty repaired and Niner stood behind the frame. So I got a new frame. Richard moved all the parts from my old frame to the new one and it rides like a dream again — almost like having a new bike. Richard, Tom, and the rest of the crew in the service department are top notch!

I love BikeLane; mechanics do a great job, the bike is tuned perfectly, and parts are available quickly. However, I got misled about the 48hour turnaround. I called in and was told that it’s a first-come, first-serve basis and that turnaround was 48hour. I wasn’t guided that it would be a couple of days before my bike would be seen to start a 48hour period. Also, I called on Wednesday, the day after I received the estimate and was told that parts were in and they were working on the bike. I thought the bike would be done on that day latest Thursday. However, when I called in on Thursday, I was told that my bike won’t be ready until Friday and then it was ready at the end of the day.

I recently attended the bike maintenance class. The instructor was great and covered a lot of information. Very useful and I feel that I'll be able to take better care of my bike, and am more confident that I'll be able to fix a flat and recognize other problems that might pop up on rides!
