Top service team in the world. Best products. Passionate, knowledgeable staff. Absolutely the best bike shop in the world, accessible from the Washington and Old Dominion cycling trail. I love it.
I dropped off my mountain bike suspension on a Tuesday night and it was ready that Thursday. Pretty awesome turnaround. My bike feels better than when it was new.

Hi -
I wanted to provide feedback on 2 experiences.
1. Bike drop off for maintenance - I approved the work over email but then nothing got done with bike. After I called to check on the bike they said I hadn't approved it and it so it was longer than expected.
2. I stopped by the store today looking for a new road bike but wasn't helped by any crew member...wondered around for 5 minutes and then left.
No big deal...just letting you know that from a customer experience there are some improvements that could be made.

It is so encouraging to see a local bike shop full of busy employees! It seems that way every time I'm there. But no matter how busy they are, they keep stopping what they're doing to check if I need any help or advice. The attentive care I receive at the Bike Lane is unparalleled. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly, and the beer is great too!

The Bike Lane has a friendly and knowledgeable staff that is ready to answer questions and guide you if need it. They are also not pushy like other stores so I like to support my local bike shop as much as I can.
The mechanic was attentive to my request to have the bike checked over before selling it and even went the extra mile and wrote up his findings for me so that I could use it when listing the bike. I really appreciated the time and attention that I received.
