Great staff, friendly and attentive as well as helpful.
Always fun to stop by Bike Lane. Even though I am not buying a top of the line bicycle I do purchase parts and coffee. The folks are helpful and engaging.
The team at Bike Lane dropped what they were doing and replaced my tire inner tube while I was waiting. I had expected to drop it off and return at a later date. Instead, I walked out with it repaired in 20 minutes. I was back on the bike that evening!

I've been to bike lane before for great coffee but this was my first time taking my bike in for service. Richard was able to address my needs and had my bike wrap and brakes fixed that same day. Completely satisfied and impressed with the work done. Would highly recommend! Thank you Richard !
A traditional LBS(Local Bike Store). The shop works with its customers for their mutual benefit (revenue for the shop, service for the customer), as it should be, not biasing the transaction to either party. The service crew is warm, friendly, and helpful. I hope that I have found my new LBS for supporting my bicycling habit. Love that they incorporate a coffee shop & brewery into their operation too.

Trek is my brand of choice. This purchase is my third Trek bike, and I purchased it with confidence. The service at The Bike Lane is the best in Northern Virginia. There are 3 Trek dealers within 10 miles of me, and The Bike Lane provides the best service by far. Everyone that I’ve dealt with there is friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They remembered me by name after my 2nd visit, and really do appreciate my business. I highly recommend giving The Bike Lane a visit for all of your cycling needs.
This was my first visit. I rented a Trek Domane to try on a long ride on the WOD. The bike was in great shape for a rental. The technician, I believe it was Mark, was very helpful with the delivery. He made sure it was properly adjusted for me, test ride, and asked if I had any questions. Got me set up for success.
He received my return later in the day. Bike performed great. No problems. He then spent about half an hour answering as many questions as I could fire at him.
Definitely coming back.

I was charged THIRTY DOLLARS ($30) to wrap my handlebars. That's outrageous. I didn't get needed tires because I would be charged THIRTY-FIVE DOLLARS ($35) PER TIRE to have them put on. Again, outrageous. I appreciate wanting to make a living wage but if a tech can change 10 tires an hour, that equates to $350 an hour in labor costs. I'm a nurse by trade, I wish I could make that money, but I guess saving lives isn't.worth that much. I'll take my business elsewhere.
