I can’t say enough good things about The Bike Lane. The entire staff is friendly, incredibly helpful, and goes above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable and get exactly what you need. Huge shoutout to Marc for taking the time over the course of a couple days to get me all set up with my first road bike! He did it all for me while I literally drank a beer (which you should also try) while there! Cheers to a great spot in our community!

I love your shop! The mechanics are amazing, store stocked with anything you may need, and the beers are fantastic. Anytime I’m in town, I make it a point to visit and hang out as much as possible.

This is the second time I have needed bicycle services while on the trail and both times the service was excellent.
I don't drink anymore but the west coast IPA is spot on as far as I remember.
Ice Coffee is now delicious.

Everything in shop is great and everyone at the shop is terrific I wouldnt go anyhwhere else for components or servicing.

Everyone is kind. Your shop is not the closest and I went to several before I spent money on a new bike. I had been ignored, people acted like I was bothering them with my questions, and I felt talked down to.
At the Bike Lane everyone is welcome, even a beyond-middle-aged woman not dressed for the Tour de France. You even took extra time to look up a question about tire pressure and show me the details on the computer screen.
The staff is always great and super helpful; the service is quick, pro, and has my bike feeling great every time
