Quick and easy repair for a reasonable price
Ensure ordered bikes from Trek come with the specified components or if different from spec, please point out to the customer when picking up the bike. We understand that Trek can change up components, however if Bike Lane salespeople tell the customer before they notice and explain why (e.g. supply chain shortage, best available match, or if substandard-when the correct component can be obtained and replaced, etc.) it will create a far better purchase experience.

Although I live in Florida, I shop Bike Lane when I am in town visiting. Bought a TREK bike from them a year ago. Very knowledgeable staff. They pride themselves with the best customer service. Arnie
The staff is very friendly and helpful. They know the products and what makes the best fit for a person-bike combo.
The local vibe. It is nice to hang out before or after a ride get something to snack or drink at the same time getting bike up grades and chatting with the in house bike SMEs.
I like that you don’t charge me for little tweaks to my bike (although I have spent thousands $ at the store)

The guy fixing the bikes was amazing. Nicest guy ever, very fast, helpful, kind. I told my son that we had just experienced the best customer service we would ever experience in our lives. He said we should always go to the Bike Lane and never buy a bike from anyone else. Customers for life!

Was told 1 week turnaround for bike service at dropoff. 10 days later I call to check status of my bike and am told there is a 2 week turnaround. I would have waited on service if I was accurately informed because I had an upcoming event that weekend. I got my bike on day 11 but not knowing if my bike was going to be ready caused some undue stress.

Review of the bike in detail by store representatives was very good and team work among the staff was also very much appreciated. The process from reviewing bike choices and price to receiving the bike and its initial adjustments was very efficient and something I think this store does very well. I look forward to continued visits and service with the Bike Lane.
