Great people. Welcoming and knowledgeable. Gave me good advice, as a novice cyclist, which kind of bike to rent and where to take a 2-hour getaway ride along the W&O.D. trail. They also offered a generous break on their usual pricing, given the circumstances of my rental.

I was told they could provide me bike fenders at a certain price. When I got the bike, they realized the fenders were not available for that bike, and offered to reimburse me the difference. Great customer service!

The staff is great at taking time to answer questions and explain everything on your bike. I had a terrific experience buying my bike there.
tech charged for things I didn’t ask for or need and did so without authorizing the additional work. Paid $300 for full frame up build. One wheel was already set up tubeless and holding air. Tech re-wrapped both rims charging 30 per wheel even though rear was holding air when I delivered. Work was done quickly and was quality… but disappointed with the former issue

First timer! Kiddo's bike was suffering from noisy derailleur, I've only ever had a single speed and am woefully underskilled. Derrick fixed it so fast that I didn't even finish my (delicious) cortado. Kiddo was so happy! Thank you!

They were extremely helpful when we bought a trunk bike rack…they helped us put the rack on the car and made sure it was secure.
Derrick is a fantastic mechanic, my bike always feels nicer and runs like a champ after being serviced by the Bike Lane crew.

Carry more varieties of bikes at different price pts. I found the bikes to be very expensive and might hesitate to recommend your shop to a friend because of it. Other than that, I love the store, lounge, coffee, outdoor sitting, and overall vibe.
