TBL services Treks, and the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. The shop is well-stocked with the supplies and gear I need.
Everyone was helpful from star to the end, helping me with the product selection and letting me know about available services. Staff also helped my kid try different bikes until he found what he wanted which I appreciated so much. Thank you and I’ll be back!!

Love the local feel of the shop. Location is great next to W&OD. Adam, Mark and the team have treated me great and recognize me when I come in. Adam did a great job with my bike fitting. Listened to what I needed and customized for my body and style. Oh, and the coffee, shop and beer is cool too!
This is a bike store which offers skilled repair services with a friendly attitude. A rare combination in today's business world. Kudos to all the staffs.

The Bike Lane is just a great all around company. I have had excellent service and advice from anything from purchasing small items to purchasing a bike. They have serviced my three bikes for over ten years and always been upfront about price and work being done.
A plus is that I have had the good fortune to be able to walk to the shop on those rare days I do have one or two of their great beers. I wouldn't trust myself to ride my bike home.

The folks in the shop are great. Ive always had great experiences with them, professional, courteous and always super helpful.
The folks on the floor are very hit and miss. Now granted this was a year or two ago, but have walked in the shop and been told almost immediately you have nothing in my size ... bikes pushed on my wife that she wasnt interested in (she wanted gravel but was told she really needed a flat bar city bike) and just ignored. Seems better lately but I havent really bought much due to economy and stuff.
I do like the shop and thinks its good and not as "elite cyclist" as it used to be so good job there.
I had a bike in need of a lot of repairs. The Bike Lane guys checked it out told me what the estimated costs to repair were. It was more than I wanted to put into the bike. I asked if Bike Lane sold used bike and 20 minutes later loaded a really great used bike at a really reasonable price.
Yes of you need repairs or another bike. this is the place to go.
The folks at The Bike Lane are absolutely, positively the best! Super friendly, prompt and excellent service (tune up, adjust gears and derailleur, oil the chain), and a great place to stop by for coffee or beer that is literally right on the W&OD bike trail. Minor adjustments and services are free for life if you buy your bike there. I'm glad I did!
