The personal attention was great! The salesman spoke knowledgeably about the product at and showed me exactly how it worked. He didn’t go straight for the most expensive item on the shelf since I told him I was only a casual cyclist (or maybe he could just tell 😎). 2nd man at the registered followed up by making sure the straps were well adjusted once I had the helmet on. Great service!

Richard, in the shop, set me up with all the parts to rebuild the drive train of my '19 Fuel EX 8. After 4000 miles, it was time. We converted it from SRAM GX Eagle to Shimano XT. Every part went together perfectly.

very expensive for a tire problem. The cost for the tube was less than 20$, and the labor was 50! that is widely expensive
My bike was kept for 8 weeks because they failed to see my email reply regarding my work order. In that same email, I said not to get new pedals, and they installed new pedals anyway and threw away my old ones. Beyond disappointed.
I had a flat tire on the bike path. Got a new tube installed at your shop. Disappointed at the $40 charge for installing the $13 tube. Normally $20 is charged.
Likely to buy a new bike soon.

Needed to return to store to pick up charger mount that was not included in unboxed charger provided with e-bike.
Requested accessories not available at store.
E-bike computer did not change modes every time switch was depressed (intermittent issues switching between modes). Store salesman indicated it was working ok and did not offer additional checkout.
Will need to contact OEM as operating manuals and warranty documentation were not provided with e-bike. Warranty explanation from store salesman was unclear.
Unable to locate e-bike computer documents on OEM web site.
Exceptional service on my mountain bike. Work was done ahead of schedule.

Everyone is so welcoming and helpful. My wife and I were shopping for e-bikes and wanted to buy them from a shop rather than online. We met Adam first and he showed us the options and let us test ride a few. There was absolutely no hard sell. We came back a week later and Marc help us with the purchase. Again, the vibe was very relaxed. The next Saturday we picked up the bikes, Marc went over the operation and we rode them home. We love the comfort of knowing that if anything happens or we need help in any way, The Bike Lane is there to help. Just great service! Oh yeah and the beer!

Mark was amazing! He got our bikes and was so kind to ask if we needed help putting them on the bike rack. We had many issues with other bike shops being rude and ignoring us. Everyone was asking if we needed help without hesitation! Mark helped putting them on my bike rack because it was our first time with bikes and we didn’t know what we were doing and wanted to make sure they wouldn’t fall off. We love our new bikes and appreciate the kindness from Mark!
