The Bike Lane Team provides professional services with a personal touch. Hands on, friendly and informative. Prompt responses when needing help with anything bike related. Owner is present on site. I highly recommend this store and even travel to have their hands on my bike.

Everything! I feel like I get expert advice on products and services, without being upsold on things I don't need. One reason for this is that the Bike Lane staff takes the time to listen, ask questions and then provide recommendations and/or options along with explanations and details. For example, when I first went into Bike Lane 3 years ago, I wanted to fix up a bike that a friend gave me. I hadn't ridden a bike in many years and I was SO intimidated walking into a bike store. Tom asked me questions and I quickly felt at ease. He discussed pros and cons of fixing the old bike and buying a new one. So I took a new one out for a test ride. I absolutely loved it! I didn't want to try any other bikes and I certainly didn't want to fix the old one. That may sound like an upsell, but I believe I got the perfect bike for me. Tom said something like "I can fix your bike or sell you a cheaper bike, but you're probably going to want to upgrade to a nicer bike in 1-3 years. I'd rather sell you a bike you're going to love in 5 years." 3 years later - I still love my bike. I ride more than I ever thought I would, because it's so fun and I love my bike! One more thing worth mentioning: Tom gave me so much valuable advice that had nothing to do with buying anything - like try the Strava app (free), what to wear (or not wear), where to ride, riding groups to join, etc. I'm so happy every time I go into Bike Lane because everyone there is so nice and welcoming!
Bottom line: I recommend Bike Lane to everyone (who'll listen!) because of their exceptional customer service.

Brought my daughter's bike in for some maintenance under a time crunch. Even though they were super busy they got it done very quickly. Very friendly staff, helpful. Reasonable priced and just a cool place for bike nerds to hang out and feel welcome. I'll definitely return.
Bike shop staff are fantastic. Multiple times they have bailed me out when I break something right before a race or trip. Pricing seems very fair and greatly appreciate their sponsorship of local events and the SMores ride.
