The coffee and couches!! 🤣😂 the people who I met there on Saturday are all so friendly and the atmosphere is great! I’ll be coming by more often now that I got a taste of those trails right outside the door leading down to the river.

Plus, an outstanding selection of craft beers brewed at the shop and served by Ward, the best barista in Northern Virginia.

I appreciate the shops willingness to work with me on a new bike purchase. I'm located overseas and logistics on ordering, bike preparation, and pickup based on my travel schedule are key whenever I order a new bike. The shop did not hesitate to order, receive, prep, and have my bike ready for me the day I arrived in country. They made the process very easy and worry free. I appreciate that tremendously.

Can’t say enough about the staff at The Bike Lane. I’d give them 100 stars plus if it was an option. Terrific location - right on the bike trail. Staff always available for minor adjustments - they even switched out my pedals when I brought the wrong bike shoes so I could ride. Will never use another shop! I’d mention staff by name, but don’t want to miss anyone because everyone is fabulous!

Your technician took his time helped me special order my parts & when I was ready I brought my bike in. They were done the same afternoon. Todd listened to me and quickly determined the products and services that best fit my personal needs. I felt very well treated. I was about to choose a particular item in their store based on what I could afford and was willing to pay. Todd hooked me up with a better quality item retailing for twice as much but reduced on sale 50% off. There was a bit of confusion when I asked about being "fitted" for the bike. When I left it for the comprehensive tune-up ($191), the person I spoke to said they'd be able to "fit" it for me when I picked it up. The bike had been given to me by a friend. He didn't mention any charges for that. The gentlemen at the cashier when I picked up the bike said there was usually a charge to fit the bit. They did help me with aligning the saddle to my hip. So not sure about this.
Still, the bike looks great and I can't say enough good things about the woman who helped
me with learning how to take the wheel on and off.
