Great customer service
Brought my daughter's bike in for some maintenance under a time crunch. Even though they were super busy they got it done very quickly. Very friendly staff, helpful. Reasonable priced and just a cool place for bike nerds to hang out and feel welcome. I'll definitely return.
Bike shop staff are fantastic. Multiple times they have bailed me out when I break something right before a race or trip. Pricing seems very fair and greatly appreciate their sponsorship of local events and the SMores ride.

Excellent service and repairs
This is my go-to bike shop. The folks that work there are extremely helpful on just about anything bicycle. Not open on Monday (not a problem, just a warning). This place is the model of knowledge is power.

Todd is a great business owner and takes the necessary time with each customer. This was my fourth bike purchase from The Bike Lane and it was super easy. Todd gave me a great price on a trade in bike and honored Trek's sale price on the website for the new bike. I didn't need any special assistance, so I was in and out with the closeout bike I came for in 23 minutes. I highly recommend The Bike Lane! Mike R.
