First timer! Kiddo's bike was suffering from noisy derailleur, I've only ever had a single speed and am woefully underskilled. Derrick fixed it so fast that I didn't even finish my (delicious) cortado. Kiddo was so happy! Thank you!

They were extremely helpful when we bought a trunk bike rack…they helped us put the rack on the car and made sure it was secure.
Derrick is a fantastic mechanic, my bike always feels nicer and runs like a champ after being serviced by the Bike Lane crew.

I purchased a TREK Domane SL5 from The Bike Lane and have always experienced great service. Recently, I had the bike serviced for Spring and just discovered a rear light that I forgot to remove before delivering it for service is missing. It is a 3 light Trek Flare R Metro unit that I bought from REI that I hope I can get back. Thanks.

The kid that helped me didn’t know additional insight - I could have ordered it online for the same level of support and mediocre knowledge. Sorry - I’m sure it’s just a part time job for the kid. These days, a differentiator for going to a shop is for insight and support.
Personal service. They fitted the rental bike to me and made sure I had bike repair kit, ready to go.
