I like that it’s close to home and that I can take my bikes. Sometimes it’s a quick fix that I can wait a bit for it, and I really appreciate that. Other times it’s a bit longer like a week, and that’s fine. I understand somethings take more time. I’m just glad to have a nice bike shop near by that will fix things for us. Great service!
The sales person was very helpful in finding a helmet that fit my grandson’s (oversized) head. He knew exactly what kind of helmet would fit him best, and spent all the time we needed. He also was most gracious and accommodating when I realized I had left my billfold at home! Thank you so much.

After visiting several bike shops in the Loudoun/Fairfax Co area, The Bike Lane provided the best vibe and customer experience, hands down. Adam Reel and Ben (I think I was Ben's first customer on his first day on the job!) were fantastic - they took time on a typically busy but rainy Sunday to patiently educate me on different types of bikes, sizing/fitting, and getting me on the RIGHT bike with NO pressure or up-sell. In the end, I fell in love with and purchased the Trek Checkpoint ALR 4 in Lavender Haze, kitted out for touring. Adam worked diligently in arriving at a very fair price and was also gracious in sharing his considerable knowledge, experience and advice for riding the type of trails that I aspire toward, such as the C&O/GAP. Of note, another Trek dealership closer to home offered to match the price for the same bike, but the stellar service I received from Adam won me over. Well done to Adam and Ben and the entire Bike Lane team!
Friendly staff, attentive, helped look in their inventory to meet my budget on a bike replacement. Entire process took 25 minutes, they looked over the bike before handing it over.
Great staff and very friendly. I had a flat tire and they fixed it while I waited so I could finish my ride home. So great to have an awesome neighborhood bike shop!

This is a great bike shop just steps from the W&OD trail. The people are friendly, knowlegable, and know how to show you the perferct bike for how you want to ride. Great sales and service folks who want you to have as much fun on a bike as they do. They will patiently help you sort through the wide selection for your perfect ride. And, they have a very nice cafe/bar for you to relax and ponder all the accessories for your new bike.
The people who work there are all very friendly and helpful. They are knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable.

Carry more varieties of bikes at different price pts. I found the bikes to be very expensive and might hesitate to recommend your shop to a friend because of it. Other than that, I love the store, lounge, coffee, outdoor sitting, and overall vibe.

Great people. Welcoming and knowledgeable. Gave me good advice, as a novice cyclist, which kind of bike to rent and where to take a 2-hour getaway ride along the W&O.D. trail. They also offered a generous break on their usual pricing, given the circumstances of my rental.

I was told they could provide me bike fenders at a certain price. When I got the bike, they realized the fenders were not available for that bike, and offered to reimburse me the difference. Great customer service!
