My order took a longer time than expected to ship- I had to call to inquire and the store associate needed to check if the item was even in stock and once realized it was said would ship asap. Then before the item shipped a call was made to inform it was about to be shipped, but to the wrong address (the billing address).

I feel like there have been a few times I’ve come here and the guys aren’t listening. The last one was when I wanted my vector 3 pedals looked at and after telling them they were single sided, I was told the one side had a missing cover and “damage to the housing” and I then asked- is this the one with the battery? And was told no… then they looked and said they don’t stock that type of battery…. It was a little annoying. But it’s fine overall everyone was nice.
Great selection of bikes and accessories. Team attitude is warm and extremely helpful. The beer rocks also!
