Great customer service!
Can’t say enough about the staff at The Bike Lane. I’d give them 100 stars plus if it was an option. Terrific location - right on the bike trail. Staff always available for minor adjustments - they even switched out my pedals when I brought the wrong bike shoes so I could ride. Will never use another shop! I’d mention staff by name, but don’t want to miss anyone because everyone is fabulous!
Everyone at Bike Lane is friendly and helpful. Our family wouldn't think of going any place else.
Your technician took his time helped me special order my parts & when I was ready I brought my bike in. They were done the same afternoon. Todd listened to me and quickly determined the products and services that best fit my personal needs. I felt very well treated. I was about to choose a particular item in their store based on what I could afford and was willing to pay. Todd hooked me up with a better quality item retailing for twice as much but reduced on sale 50% off. I went into the shop having done a little research on my own based on my expectations and goals for biking. The staff at Bike Lane were EXTREMELY helpful with answering my questions, providing suggestions based on my needs, and setting me up with my new bike. As a novice I felt comfortable because they weren’t trying to upsell me or anything like that. I really believed their goal was to help me find an option that would best fit into my needs as I start a biking journey.
