Just love the service. You guys are super helpful, very friendly, and generous with your knowledge. I bought my Checkpoint from you last year and just bought a 16” pink Trek for my daughter. You set her up so well, she couldn’t wait to get out of the store before riding.
Being located on the trail is a nice bonus. Serving Swing’s and your own beer (Klunker!) makes you peerless.

Quick delivery of special-order parts, professional discussion on part choices, and fair price. Though lack of accessible small parts is a negative. (I know, I know, if/if some news reports are accurate. Still an inconvenience for 'law-abiding citizens'.

Went and test drove an e-bike with Todd as my guide, and loved his approach. No hard sell, lots of great info, and a wonderful deal cut on a floor model that had been around awhile, but was still pristine and would still carry a full warranty. I love the vibe of the store, and the selection of riding-related goods. I’ll definitely be coming back often!

Many of the items in the store do not have price tags. I found that frustrating as I was trying to grab a few items and had to keep asking an employee to check the price or was shocked when the item rang up at checkout.
