OMG, I am a new customer absolutely love this shop. Its highlights include a friendly and very knowledgeable staff, while-you-can-wait service on my bike as a first-time customer — twice in a single week — an extensive inventory of Treks when I am ready to upgrade, custom orders of special tires, an unbelievably convenient location, free tools by the side of the W&OD Trail, among just a few things.

Great service. Had a scary failure of a wheel on my Trek Checkpoint but The Bike Lane had a direct replacement wheel in stock and got it replaced quickly and allowed me to get back on the road. Great and timely service as always!
Great service. The staff were pro-active in reaching out to me before my trip to make sure they could setup the bike as well as they could for me.
They were also helpful in receiving the rental bike back after their normal closing time.

Sold me brake pads. Two “left “pads. Also they weren’t the same pad as original. Sales person thought it was a newer version since it was a higher number. But it was the difference between a resin pad and a metal pad. Obviously he didn’t know what he was doing.

I got the premium overhaul and needed to also get a bent tire valve changed out. That didn't happen but when I returned during a bike ride they changed it out in less than 10 minutes with no complaints but a very professional attitude. Thanks again to the Bike Lane my go to bike store for maintenance and new products.
