The service is fantastic! Derek took my electric bike when I wrote it there and I couldn't figure out what was the matter with that and then they fixed it and I went and picked it up days later and it was a minimal cost and Tom explained to me that it just needed some kind of update. These guys are all awesome!

Very attentive to the "problem behind the problem" -- and then fixed both the obvious issue and the underlying issue, at a very reasonable price.
Don't tell a patron that something is a warranty item, and you'll take care of it; and then charge them labor for the repair.

More bike brands. More inventory to ride. Pretzels on weekdays. Otherwise don’t change a thing!
Adam is a great salesman
Having been to many bike shops I’m convinced The Bike Lane is without peers. They cary a full range of products and have a fair bit of inventory of bikes on the floor. Their service is superb and second to know. The staff is knowledgeable and have what it takes to fit a perfect bike irrespective of whether you are a weekend warrior or a regular speed demon. Even though I have moved out of state I still travel to The Bike Lane to get what I need for my riding needs. I highly recommend them.

Adam was very helpful with expertise related to new gravel shoe purchase. Fit and arch support is so important when riding for hours. He measured both feet and arches then suggested a couple of options. Went with S/Shimano SX8 with larger toe box and good arch support.
