Your stuff is more expensive than other places
I like that the shop has a variety of services (bar, cafe, shop, rental, purchase, etc.) and has different seating options (outdoor, indoor, couch, table, bench, outdoor lounge chair). The environment is really friendly and welcoming, which creates a wonderful opportunity for everyone in the community to congregate, socialize, meet new people and bring their dogs, children and friends. There is convenient access to the bike path with additional parking. The shop has high quality products and visually appealing clothing and accessories (bikes, bags, bike bells, t-shirts, sweatshirts, socks, stickers, etc.). The brewery always has something appealing for people's different palates. The shop and cafe/brewery have the best customer service ever!!! The whole staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They help people find the best bike/beer/accessory for their specific situation and genuinely have everyone's best interest in mind. I wish there were more independent businesses like this one!!! Long live Bike Lane!!!

I usually stop by to get some remote part or minor repair that I do not have the tool for. Always a friendly greeting and great service. Don't forget to stop for a treat in the cafe section!

Bikelane is a Great bike shop that serves even better beer. Always fast friendly and reliable. Good prices and service without all the sales BS.

The staff at The Bike Lane were very professional and helped me through the entire process when I purchased a new bike. They adjusted the bike according to my height and installed new pedals on the bike. The customer service was great!!

All members of the Bike Lane are very friendly and knowledgeable about bikes. They ask questions about what you want/need and never try to upsell. Their mechanic/technicians care about your bike like it was theirs.

As a new unexperienced rider, the workers of the Bike Lane were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I felt very welcomed and not rushed looking for a bike and that made it a great experience. I also felt no pressure to buy a bike or purchase accessories they were only suggesting and would understand I could buy at a later time. I would go back, they were a recommendation to me and i would recommend future cyclists
